Shipping in ITALY
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. The invoice for the purchased products will be provided with the shipment.
Biscotti Bizantini ensures the delivery of the selected and ordered products, following the terms and conditions stated herein, using trusted couriers and/or shipping companies.
Shipping ABROAD
For international shipments, please contact us via email at export@biscottibizantini.com, specifying the delivery location so that we can provide details regarding shipping methods, transportation costs, and any applicable charges.
Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to taxes and customs duties upon entry into the destination country. These charges cannot be calculated in advance as they vary from country to country but will be communicated before the shipment of the goods.
Product Delivery and Risks
The delivery dates and times indicated by the company are purely indicative estimates.
Generally, delivery is expected within 5 working days after payment verification, except for delays due to product preparation or unforeseen courier issues. If payment is made by credit card, the order will be processed in real time, whereas if payment is made via bank transfer, the order will only be processed after the company’s bank confirms the receipt of the transfer.

Delivery will be made to the address specified at the time of the order, which can be different from the customer’s address. If the recipient is unavailable during the indicated delivery hours, Biscotti Bizantini reserves the right to charge additional re-delivery fees to the customer.
In any case, delivery times will not exceed 30 days from the day following the order transmission to Biscotti Bizantini or the receipt of the bank transfer.
Customers wishing to modify the delivery address after placing an order can contact Customer Service at +39 379 240 5652 or via email at info@biscottibizantini.com, specifying the purchase details and requesting an address change. This request will be accepted only if the order has not yet been processed.
Upon delivery, it is recommended to check the integrity of the package. If the package shows clear signs of tampering or damage that may have compromised the integrity of its contents, the customer must note this on the receipt presented by the courier by adding the following statement:
“Damaged goods, accepted with reservation for inspection.”
It is essential that any complaints are immediately reported to the courier and promptly communicated to info@biscottibizantini.com, including photographic evidence of the damage. Otherwise, the goods will be considered accepted.
Biscotti Bizantini will not be held responsible for failed deliveries due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer. Any return of undelivered goods will be charged to the recipient.
Once the goods are accepted, the risk of loss or damage of the product will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
