Right of Withdrawal

Have you changed your mind after placing an order on our shop and no longer want to receive the goods? Contact our Customer Service, and we will do our best to process your request if the order has not yet been dispatched. It will not be possible to cancel the order if the shipping process has already started.

Returns

If you need to return the received goods, contact Customer Service and have your order code ready. We will check the situation and verify if the necessary conditions exist to initiate a return procedure on your behalf.

Shipping costs are your responsibility.

The seller offers the option to collect the product via an express courier directly at the address you provide, at a cost of €7.00, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
